During the design of this project, the difficulties of material handling are:
1. There are many types of materials required for the product, with more than 20 different large and small materials, and the formula is flexible and varied, covering the formulas of more than ten products.
2. The weighing range of ingredients is large: the minimum value is 0.008kg and the maximum value is 33kg.
3. The speed requirement of ingredients is high: 3.5 minutes per batch.
4. The material properties vary greatly: such as white sugar, edible salt, citric acid, sodium nitrite, monosodium glutamate, soy protein, corn starch, jade fruit powder, red yeast rice, bay leaf powder, glucose, vitamin C and other materials that are easy to absorb moisture, corrode, and explode.
For this project, Wijay's professional technical team clearly divided the work of different material handling, conducted a comprehensive analysis and in-depth research and discussion on the technical requirements, and designed a complete solution based on the material properties such as poor fluidity, easy to absorb moisture, easy to corrode, and easy to explode, which was finally recognized by customers.
