The client is a listed company producing basic chemicals, fine chemicals, and functional materials. Wijay designed and built a fully automated new materials production line at their headquarters in Maoming, Guangdong. The materials transported are quicklime and kaolin, with a total capacity of 36 tons per day.
Bulk materials are pneumatically conveyed from tank trucks to two 80 cubic meter outdoor silos, then conveyed to three weighing tanks before being discharged into three reactors for chemical reactions.
The weighing tanks measure the required materials based on preset formulas by the central control system, achieving fully automated material handling, significantly saving on transportation and labor costs, and enabling real-time monitoring of material usage.
The dust collector ensures dust emission concentration ≤30mg/Nm3. Noise levels: equipment tested at 1 meter distance is below 80dB. The control logic is simple and easy to use, with smooth operation and weighing error below 1%. The logical interlocking is comprehensive, ensuring safe operation.
