The customer's factory is a new production base invested in Jiangsha Industrial Park, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, with multiple internationally advanced biscuit production lines and a production capacity of up to 260 tons per day. The production base has advanced design concepts and high-standard automation requirements.
The customer examined several of our projects and recognized our extremely reliable system design, and finally chose to cooperate with us. The material automation handling system designed by our company for the customer's factory can handle 76.8% of the total amount of all production raw materials in the factory. The system can not only ensure the safety of the customer's materials, but also save a lot of material transportation, storage, filtration, screening and other costs.
This automatic feeding system can handle 3 kinds of powder raw materials and 6 kinds of fluid raw materials, including shortening and butter with extremely high temperature requirements, as well as 84-degree syrup with extremely high viscosity.
The system includes powder material processing module and fluid material processing module, as well as CIP cleaning system, cold and hot water material constant temperature module, and the transportation and metering of 3 kinds of powders and 6 kinds of fluids.
