Wijay was responsible for the delivery of the raw/calcined coke crushing system and the fine powder handling system.The coking/calcined coke crushing post-treatment system consists of 12 production lines, including 9 production lines for coking crushing post-treatment and 3 production lines for calcined coke crushing post-treatment.
Each production line has a transport capacity of 8T/H, with the furthest negative pressure transport line covering a distance of 380 meters.This transport distance represents the first case of negative pressure conveying exceeding 300 meters in the field of negative electrode materials.
The fine powder handling system consists of 4 production lines, with each line having a transport capacity of 5 tons per hour. The furthest transport distance for these lines is approximately 70 meters.
