The customer's 46 large-scale sheet extruders continuously supply 6 different materials at a feeding speed of 36 tons per hour. The conveying distance exceeds 200 meters, with a material storage capacity of 1200 tons. Real-time monitoring and control of material temperature and humidity have been achieved, which cannot be achieved by the traditional method of using multiple small drying machines and suction units.
