    Electronic control module:

    The system adopts PLC control, and the material conveying volume and conveying speed can be set through a simple and intelligent operation interface. The operation is simple and flexible, which reduces labor costs and improves the conveying efficiency.

    Silo pump system:

    The material falls into the pump body through the feed valve. When it reaches the high material level of the tank, the feed valve is closed. Under the action of the air compressor, compressed air enters the silo pump through the air intake valve. The material is pushed downward under the action of the compressed air. The material passes through the pulse valve and is output to the rear silo through the discharge valve in the form of a column plug under the action of the pulse airflow. When the material in the silo pump is transported, the discharge valve and the pulse air shut-off valve are closed, and the remaining air in the silo is discharged through the exhaust valve under the action of the compressed air output by the air machine.
