Automatic Destacker
The automatic unpacking machine is mainly used for unpacking and unloading bagged powder and granular materials. The bags are bagged by an automatic feeding device or manually, and the bagged powder and granular materials are automatically transferred to a 45-degree angle through a bagging conveyor. On the sliding board, the material bag relies on the gravity of the material bag to slide down the sliding board. During the sliding process, the packaging bag is cut open by a rapidly rotating blade. The cut residual bags and materials slide into the bag separator for screening, and the bags are removed from the bag. The material separated by the separator is collected by the material collector and output to the storage through the bucket elevator.
