Material temporary storage module: materials are transported to the temporary storage bin through the feeding port, and the air in the bin is discharged through the exhaust port

Electronic control module: The system adopts PLC control, and the material conveying volume and conveying speed can be set through a simple and intelligent operation interface. The operation is simple and flexible, reducing labor costs and making the conveying efficiency more efficient.

Bin pump system: The material falls into the pump body through the feed valve. After reaching the high material level of the tank, the feed valve is closed. Under the action of the air compressor, compressed air enters the bin pump through the air inlet valve. The material is compressed under the action of the compressed air. Pushing downward, the material passes through the pulse valve. Under the action of the pulse air flow, the material is transported in the form of a column plug through the discharge valve to the rear silo. When the material in the silo pump is completed, the discharge valve and the pulse air are cut off. The valve is closed, and the remaining air in the warehouse is discharged through the exhaust valve under the action of the compressed air output from the air machine.

Weijie’s positive pressure closed box conveying system is suitable for long-distance conveying of powder and granular materials. It can effectively avoid the problems of brittle materials and decomposition of mixtures during the conveying process, and the materials are conveyed in closed pipelines to avoid the external environment.
