The customer’s factory is a production base located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. It has two internationally advanced bread production lines and multiple cake production lines, with a production capacity of up to 200T per day. The main raw materials required for this production base include 3 types of powder raw materials and 7 types of fluid raw materials, including highly sensitive yeast solution and fresh egg liquid. The automatic processing system for food raw materials undertakes all tasks such as receiving, storing, screening, filtering, conveying, and measuring 10 types of raw materials. The Wijay system can also control the temperature of relevant materials and conduct statistics and analysis on the usage and overall consumption of each production line. This system can be divided into powder raw material processing module and fluid raw material processing module. The powder raw material processing module includes: 1 manual feeding station, 1 tank truck feeding station, 3 outdoor large storage tanks, 2 transfer tanks, 7 weighing hoppers, and 3 online screening machines. There are 2 positive pressure powder conveying pipelines and 2 negative pressure powder conveying pipelines. The fluid raw material processing module includes: 3 outdoor fluid storage tanks, 18 indoor fluid mixing storage tanks, and 10 fluid pipelines.
