2. Characteristics of central feeding system host:
1. The motor is designed not to stop, so as to avoid frequent starting of the motor, causing losses;
2. Attached is a safety pressure relief valve. When the host movement pressure is too high, the safety setting value is overloaded, and the pressure relief valve automatically releases pressure to protect the motor;
3. Two A and B alternating feeding hosts are designed with automatic switching valves to ensure the stability of raw material transportation.
3. Characteristics of automatic reversal of cyclone dust collector:
1. The air filter and cyclone dust collector are integrated into the design to efficiently collect dust with natural centrifugal force;
2. A high-pressure gas storage tank can be attached to automatically clean the filter;
3. The dust collector is equipped with an air cut-off valve, which can effectively collect dust without stopping the machine.
4. Features of fast feeding station (divergence station):
The Wijay’s branch station is composed of multiple branches. The raw materials of the same branch pipe can be used in the injection molding machine. Each branch can be quickly pressed to maintain air tightness; it can improve system efficiency and make material change convenient and fast.
